PATTERNS OF THE SOUL is the ordained version of the best personal development and self-help programs in the world, and a groundbreaking 12 Week Online Course for Disciples of Christ and Kingdom Builders who are committed to their personal sanctification with the Holy Spirit, in order to bring the Blueprint and Values of Christ Jesus into every area of life (and Creation), by Walking and Serving in His Image and Likeness.
Through biblical teachings, spiritual insight, and practical self-discovery, we’ll explore how God’s Design for your spirit, soul, and body interacts with the fallen world, to empower you to break free from self destructive habits and cycles of trauma, carnality, conformity, comparison and false-identity that keep you from authentically expressing who you are in God and from fulfilling your God-Ordained Purpose – which requires that you embrace who God made you to be.
Participants will experience a unique blend of healing and empowerment, through structured learning, typology-based self-discovery, authentic conversation and immersive exercises. In order to identify the layers of influence in your life, and to address each properly so that change flows from the Spirit of God, through your soul, and into your daily actions.
We will bring to our awareness the perfect Divine Patterns of God, by seeing the good and original intention of God, and then identifying the Fallen/Inverted Soul Perception or Polarity/Distortion within the Fallen World, in order to ReCode these patterns back to their Original Design through Christ Jesus.
You’ll experience freedom from shame and fear as you begin to see and speak God’s Truth into the distorted patterns of your past. You’ll also gain language and tools to efficiently guide others in their journey of healing and maturation, which is essential for Servant Leadership, and learn to see yourself and others as God sees you, in order to embody your true identity and purpose in Christ, while building the spiritual and emotional foundations needed for Kingdom leadership.

Patterns Of The Soul is the foundational prerequisite 12-week Course of the Kingdom Leadership Training (KLT) Program – designed to help you to uncover, understand and transform the patterns operating within your soul, personality, relationships and environments.
Before we can lead others effectively, we must discern how our own mind, heart, and will align with God’s Spirit. This immersive course will give you the tools to recognize the ways your unique design, motivations, and blind spots affect your decisions and interactions – and how to surrender them to Christ Jesus for healing and renewal.
This Course also serves to develop a shared language for personal development and interpersonal interventions, in order to communicate and address patterns in subsequent training programs, and the Patterns Course is an introductory prerequisite to the Kingdom Leadership Training Program – The first of the Living Light Institute Ministry Training Programs, and a life-changing 15 Month immersive to be developed in all things related to Servant Leadership in and for The Kingdom of God.

Throughout this 12 Week Course, we’ll explore and recode the following Patterns of The Soul:
WEEK 1
BODY, SOUL, SPIRIT & PERSONALITY
We begin with an understanding of our Holistic Anatomy and the place of patterns in our Collective Prophetic Timeline, and how to navigate multidimensional dynamics.
WEEK 2
PERFECTION & JUDGEMENT
Spirit vs Morality / Perfection vs Chaos: Understanding the link between God’s Perfection and our own sense of perfection, that leads to judgement, critical assessment and morality.
WEEK 3
SUCCESS, AGENCY & VANITY
Being vs Doing / Substance vs Image: Understanding the link between God’s Purpose/Harmony and our own sense of purpose, agency, success, image and vanity.
WEEK 4
SERVICE, SACRIFICE & PRIDE
Love vs Attachment / Selflessness vs Pride: Understanding the link between God’s Will and our own personal will, giving and receiving, true service and sacrifice, martyrdom and pride.
WEEK 5
UNICITY, EXPRESSION & MELANCHOLY
Source vs Fruits / Past vs Future: Understanding the link between God’s Nature, our human/soul nature and the nature of this world, authenticity, emotions, unicity, expressivity and the deepest sense of ourselves that we can perceive.
WEEK 6
KNOWLEDGE, STRATEGY & GREED
Sourcing from God vs Sourcing from Self: Understanding the link between God’s Omniscience and Omnipresence, our own relationship with knowledge, resources, strategy and actions.
WEEK 7
COURAGE, ORDER & FEAR
Obedience vs Dogma / Courage vs Temerity / God vs The Fallen: Understanding the link between God’s Order and the structure of this fallen reality. Our place in God’s Army, and "Being in this world, but not of it".
WEEK 8
JOY, EXHORTATION & GLUTTONY
Faith vs Positivity / Wisdom vs Gluttony: Understanding the difference between God’s Provision and Glory, and our own. Positivity, Sobriety, Exhortation, Hope and Wisdom.
WEEK 9
POWER, TRUTH, CONTROL & LUST
Control vs Trust / Desire vs Lust / Innocence vs Weakness: Understanding God’s Might and Sovereignty & our own. Dominion, Authority, Influence, Protection and Innocence.
WEEK 10
LOVE, PEACE, FUSION & APATHY
Openess vs Boundaries / Growth vs Comfort: Understanding the link between God’s Love and Oneness and our own sense of love and fusion. As well as multidimensionality, atmospheres and spaces.
WEEK 11
MOTIVATIONAL STYLES & TRAITS
Scientific Theory and Biblical Reference to seven critical factors that define our function in the world: Thought & Emotional Openness + The Big Five Characteristics. There is an option here to take Psychometric Tests and receive personal coaching.
WEEK 12
LEADERSHIP & COMMUNICATION
Scientific Theory and Biblical Reference to four main traits of interpersonal dynamics, leadership and communication styles in groups. There is an option here to take Psychometric Tests and receive personal coaching.
