God is raising Kingdom Leaders – Called from all fields and walks of life to be developed into the Servant Leaders who will transform the old patterns of this world and usher in the culture of the Kingdom of God.
Kingdom Leadership is the Blueprint of Christ Jesus applied in Service to all areas of life. This model is the only Truly sustainable Way of Life and is key for establishing the fullness of the Promise of God on Earth and for all of Creation. Servant Leaders led by God turn Outsiders into Beneficiaries, then Followers, then Disciples, and then Leaders, and the model continues generating more impact through each Leader in their respective sectors and areas of intervention.
This is crucial to the end times transition, as every single person, organization, and culture is being confronted with the inadequacy of the old paradigm that is stuck within self-serving ambition, lack mentality, autocratic fear-based management, and unsustainable models that are crumbling under the pressure of this inevitable and inescapable transition. Without a clear understanding of the shift we are undergoing as a global population, and the inevitable movement into Christ-centred Kingdom-focused Leadership, these patterns only reproduce more brokenness, misunderstanding, ignorance, and fear.
The Kingdom Leadership Training (KLT) program will equip you to break free from those cycles and step into the mandatory posture of humility, courage and service, in order to become a vessel through which God can establish healing, vision and dominion through you to your sphere of influence. Whether you lead a global organization or long to steward your family and personal calling with excellence, the principles of Servant Leadership are essential to everyone in this unique time.
As Lord Jesus taught, “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant” Matthew 20:26. Consciously or not, the world is desperate to function in its true ordained design, and is desperate for yielded Kingdom-minded Leaders that are equipped to guide and shepherd all people through this transition.

“Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.
You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. The Curriculum begins with a 12-week Course called “Patterns Of The Soul”, which is followed by fifteen monthly one-day Transformational Workshops.
The Patterns Course takes Students on a transformational journey of self-awareness to identify and address personal/individual patterns, while developing a shared language for personal development and interpersonal interventions.
The 15 Month Kingdom Leadership Program covers all aspects of Leadership and is intentionally spaced to allow time for learning application, reflection, growth and implementation – personally, professionally, and within local communities.
Participants will experience a unique blend of healing, empowerment, structured learning, adapted organizational insights, typology-based self-discovery, and team-oriented strategic planning. Through research knowledge, authentic conversation, and immersive exercises, this program helps Leaders and Teams to confront the status quo and build a culture that reflects the Heart and Mind of Christ in every decision and interaction.

The Hebrew Tradition of Prophecy is rooted in identifying patterns, and in this transformative Course we explore the Soul’s Design in order to address, reframe and realign our patterns to God’s Will in our Collective Prophetic Timeline, by identifying them in scripture, ourselves and others, to then ReCode The Kingdom of God from within.

The Kingdom Leadership Level I Training Program

This 15 Month Program is for Disciples of Christ, Servant Leaders, mid-level Managers, Executives, HR Professionals, Ministry Leaders, and all those who are deeply committed to growth, impact, and service to the Kingdom of God. It is ideal for individuals and teams who wish to operate and lead with Christ-centred values of integrity, purpose, excellence, and humility, and who long to see their mission, vision, culture, and outcomes align with God’s Heart of Service.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
Throughout the KLT Program, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your God-given purpose and uncover and refine your natural personality patterns, enhance emotional and relational intelligence, and strengthen your ability to inspire, guide, and empower others. Through typology-based reflection and dynamic interaction, you’ll also learn how your personal tendencies and team dynamics affect organizational performance and how to align both with a Kingdom-driven mission.
Then, we’ll explore how to apply and integrate proven leadership practices and biblical principles into practical, actionable frameworks tailored for Servant Leaders and Kingdom Builders. In the process, you’ll develop critical skills for leading change, building cohesion, improving governance, and fostering meaningful engagement among team members.
By mastering servant leadership behaviors and embedding impact-generating, service-led values, you’ll be equipped to create long-term sustainable impact while honoring the unique vision and calling of both your God-given purpose and of your projects and organizations.

Meet the Teacher
Jeremiah King is the Founder of Kings Leadership – a leadership development consulting firm that is purposed to establish the Kingdom through Servant Leadership driven cultural and behavioural change management practices. The Kings Leadership Model employs advanced leadership training, biblical wisdom, social sciences, and values-driven employee engagement practices to assist Christ-centered organizations, communities, and ministries in constructing the future. Jeremiah is also a Minister with an Apostolic Calling and the Founder of an NGO that consults with Community Projects on Sustainable Development Practices.
Jeremiah grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and business owners, and studied Kinesiology & Kinesiotherapy. Starting his career as a personal trainer and health specialist, he felt a calling to dive deep into human development and performance; consequently, he studied various social sciences and coaching practices, which rapidly led him to teach and facilitate personal development workshops and team-building events.
His studies, practices, and personal life events led him to travel all over the Americas and dive deeply into spirituality, and he spent many years moving across Central and South America, studying yoga, shamanism, and other ancient traditions. This journey led him to meet his Wife Wisdom, and to encounter the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved and sanctified over a period of three and a half years.
During this time, he underwent a profound process of revelation, transformation, and training, which ultimately prepared him to return to the world as a Minister. His calling is apostolic and educational in nature, with a mandate to support the transition of disciples, families, organizations, and systems into the future through alignment to the Prophetic Timeline of the Second Coming and the establishment of the New Earth.
Jeremiah is currently completing an MBA program with a specialization in Executive Consulting for Organizational Assessment, Change and Development. His teaching and ministry are all about transformation, empowerment, purpose, and the establishment of the Kingdom of God through raising capable leaders discipled in The Ways of Christ Jesus.
